Yeonsan-dong pub with boneless chicken and stew set: Yetnal Tongdak
Yetnal Tongdak & Tang Yeonsan Main Branch is a dak-dori-tang (spicy braised chicken stew) and old-style whole fried chicken pub in Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje, Busan, open for 16 years. On an early evening visit the writer ordered the boneless N-Tang, a whole dak-dori-tang served with a small boneless fried chicken, and found the broth rich and sweet-spicy with plenty of glass noodles and rice cakes. Yetnal Tongdak & Tang is a good Yeonsan-dong pub for a day when you want fried chicken and chicken stew in one sitting.
