Gijang outlet restaurant with a self-serve apron corner: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is a Western restaurant tucked into the innermost end of NORTH 1F at the Gijang outlet in Busan, right beside the UGG store. After shopping, the family ordered sweet potato fries (8,000 won), rucola prosciutto pizza (22,000 won) and shrimp anchovy oil pasta (18,000 won) through the KT Hi Order kiosk on the table. The smoky, savoury shrimp anchovy oil pasta was the clear favourite at Bueokgan — the one dish worth ordering again on a repeat visit.
