Truffle salt bread at Zoblack, a Marine City bakery in Haeundae
Zoblack is a takeout bakery specialising in salt bread, on the first floor of the Marine City Xi shops in Haeundae, Busan. Three basic salt breads plus churros salt bread, truffle salt bread and a tigre (chocolate almond cake) were packed to go and eaten after dinner, and the crisp shell and crackly caramelised base held up. Basic salt bread starts at 2,800 won, and the best time to visit Zoblack is 10am, when the bread comes straight out of the oven.
