Changwon pork restaurant with 336-hour dual-aged cuts: Godansu Yongho
Godansu Changwon Yongho Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in the basement of the Garosu-gil strip in Yongho-dong, Changwon. The meal was two servings of samgyeopsal (pork belly) and two of pork neck, dual-aged for 336 hours wet and 168 hours dry, grilled tableside by staff with scallions, homemade side dishes and a closing baek-kimchi jjim (white kimchi stew). Because nobody had to watch the grill, Godansu worked equally well for a date and for a group dinner.
