Gyeongbuksan Kkomjangeo is a kkomjangeo (grilled hagfish) restaurant a 4-minute walk from Choryang Station in Dong-gu, Busan. For the first lunch of a Busan trip, a couple ordered the half-and-half medium (for 2) at 55,000 won with fried rice at 2,500 won and cider at 2,000 won, tasting kkomjangeo for the first time. The salt-grilled half was chewy and springy and the sauced half was firm rather than spicy, so the half-and-half is the one to get if kkomjangeo is new to you.
