Sisters' weekday dinner shabu kalguksu in Busan Munhyeon: Yunujae

Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu kalguksu restaurant with house-made noodles on the main road at Munhyeon Rotary in Nam-gu, Busan. On a weekday evening two sisters ordered two servings of white-broth shabu at regular spice plus a crispy seafood pajeon (savory pancake), then ate their way through vegetables, mushrooms, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and fried rice for 11,000 won per person. The course-style set is good value at Yunujae, and arriving a little early helps because waits build up at mealtimes.
