Haeundae Dalmaji-gil restaurant à la carte with a toddler: Bueokgan

I went to Bueokgan Haeundae Branch, a Haeundae Western food and brunch spot!

Where is Bueokgan Haeundae Branch, and where do you park?

Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is on the 2nd floor of 200 Dalmaji-gil 117beon-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea. It's open daily 11:00–21:00, with a break time from 15:00–16:30 and last order at 20:30. Group reservation parking is also available.

As a Haeundae brunch spot, Bueokgan Haeundae Branch has a spacious underground parking lot, which made parking really convenient. Even on a rainy day, we could go straight to the elevator without getting wet.

Since the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, you just hop on the elevator and go right up~

Once you get to the 2nd floor, you see this door. Open it and an elegant interior unfolds, like you've stepped into Europe.

What does Bueokgan Haeundae Branch look like inside?

The interior of Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is clean and tidy. It feels like a nice spot to sit together for a family gathering. The reserved table was already set up. The space is wide, so it's comfortable to eat in.

Here's the interior from a different angle. It has a tidy, modern feel that I really liked. I found myself wanting to sit here next time!

Why order à la carte instead of a set menu at Bueokgan

The Bueokgan Haeundae Branch menu has a variety of brunch dishes. There are set menus and you can also order à la carte! The sets looked like good value, but I went with à la carte!!

• Pepperoni pizza
• Cola

They gave us baby tableware too, which was nice!

Sweet potato fries at Bueokgan Haeundae Branch

The sweet potato fries came out first. A great appetizer-style side, and really crispy and delicious — before you know it, you've eaten the whole plate.

Dip them in ketchup and they're even better than regular fries! Sweet potato fries that pack in all the sweetness of sweet potato at once!!

Lasagna loaded with ragu sauce

While we were finishing the fries, the delicious lasagna showed up! The portion size was just right.

The lasagna was covered in cheese — and be careful, the plate is hot!

I loved the balance between the light layers of ragu sauce and the savory cheese. The seasoning was just right, so it was easy to eat. This is finally my favorite lasagna spot.

There was so much ragu sauce that it was still left even after I finished the lasagna. If I'd known, I would've scooped up even more of it,, the lasagna noodles were also perfectly cooked and delicious. It wasn't too strong-flavored, so my kid ate it happily too! And honestly, this was the best lasagna I've had in Busan!

Pepperoni pizza

The pepperoni pizza had a generous amount of pepperoni on top, and the cheese stretched so much I ended up eating it with my hands.

With plenty of spicy pepperoni on top, it wasn't greasy and felt like it cleanly reset your palate! The dough was also light and chewy, so I enjoyed it right to the last bite.

Finished off with a cola ❤️ A clean way to wrap up the meal. Next time I want to try a different brunch dish!

Is Bueokgan Haeundae Branch worth it with a child?

Bueokgan Haeundae Branch has an atmosphere that's great for family outings or gatherings, and every dish was delicious — you could really tell they put effort into the ingredients, not skimping on anything! With spacious parking and friendly staff, it's a Haeundae brunch spot I'd like to visit again!!
