Sunday late-night wait at a Busan shabu kalguksu spot: Yunujae
Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu kalguksu (thin-sliced beef hot pot with hand-cut noodles) restaurant in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, where 11,000 won per person covers 70g of sirloin, vegetables and mushrooms, house-made kalguksu noodles and a fried rice finish. Even late on a Sunday there was a line on the waiting chairs by the entrance, and the red broth plus a giant seafood pajeon (savory pancake) made for a very filling meal. After several return visits, Yunujae still delivers on both price and satisfaction.
