Sejong Boram-dong restaurant lunch: sweet shrimp gamtae pasta, Olivus
Olivus Compagno Sejong Boram Branch is an Italian restaurant on Sicheongdae-ro in Sejong. On a weekday lunch visit, the steak set was ordered with the steak cooked rare, and the pasta was swapped for sweet shrimp gamtae (sea lettuce) pasta for an extra 5,000 won. The gamtae cut through the richness of the oil, and the crisp-outside, soft-inside potato garnish was the most memorable part of the meal.
