Chat Baker Brunch & Bakery Café is a two-floor brunch and bakery café on Seodong-daero in Gongdo-eup, Anseong, Gyeonggi. After a stop at Starfield Anseong on a Sunday afternoon, the writer ordered a thousand-layer croissant, salt bread, condensed-milk cream salt bread, almond kouign-amann, fresh cream Mont Blanc, a DiCaprio and fresh lemonade. The cream-filled Mont Blanc and the almond kouign-amann stood out most. Many breads had sold out by Sunday afternoon, but Chat Baker's large parking lot and raised platform seating on the 2nd floor make it a good pick for families with kids.
