Three rolls compared at a Gyodae gimbap restaurant, 7,300 won: Halls
Halls Gimbap Main Branch is a black rice gimbap (seaweed rice roll) restaurant near Gyodae Station in Seocho, Seoul. Visiting alone at 2pm, the writer compared three rolls — double cheese, wasabi, and konjac water parsley — and found the rice light and the fillings packed enough to justify 7,300 won a roll. Double cheese gimbap ranked first at Halls Gimbap, best eaten in rotation with the wasabi roll.
