Yesulhoegwan Station beef bar with Iberico add-on: Sip Sam Dae
Sip Sam Dae is a beef-focused Korean BBQ bar in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, a short walk from Yesulhoegwan Station. On the owner's recommendation the writer ordered the Premium Set 450g, added two servings of Iberico jingalmaegisal (thin-cut pork skirt), and let the staff grill everything at the table before finishing with the set's eolkeun udae sulbap (spicy doenjang rice soup) and a free dessert. With vents built into the grill so the smoke never lingers and private seating, Sip Sam Dae works equally well for a date or a team dinner.
