Jinsim King Donkkatsu Cheonan Seongseong branch (진심왕돈까스 천안 성성점) is a pork cutlet restaurant in Seongseong-dong, Cheonan, across from E-Mart Cheonan Seobuk. The writer went with a child and a stroller, ordered the king jjolmyeon (spicy chewy noodles, ₩9,500), the sweet potato cheese cutlet (₩16,900) and the king cutlet (₩10,900), kept refilling the soup from the self-serve bar and boxed up the leftover cutlet at the self-packing station. With a spacious dining hall, baby chairs and generous portions, Jinsim King Donkkatsu is an easy, relaxed meal for families with kids, takeout included.

Cheonan sushi restaurant with refillable washed kimchi: Ganghan Sushi

Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch is a sushi restaurant in Buldang-dong, Cheonan, in the building next to Lotte Cinema. Arriving with a child near the end of lunch service, the writer signed the paper waiting list, then ate the Ganghan Special Sushi with shrimp sushi 2p, egg sushi 4p and fried shrimp 3p, and rated the free mini udon, seafood croquette, broth and refillable washed aged kimchi the best part. With help-yourself rakkyo and 3 hours of free underground parking, Ganghan Sushi made for an easy lunch with a kid.
