Songdo jazz bar Central Park window seat and show schedule: Jazz 257
In short
Jazz 257 Songdo Central Park Branch is a live jazz bar and Western restaurant on the 2nd floor of Artfore Building D, facing Central Park in Songdo, Incheon. The writer enjoyed the park view and live jazz from the best window seat at Jazz 257, drank the house red wine, ate a stone steak served with a flame performance, and explains the cover charge (10,000 won on weekdays and Sundays, 15,000 won on Fridays and Saturdays) and how to check the show schedule. Jazz 257 suits first-timers to Incheon jazz bars who want both good live music and good food.

Songdo Central Park Jazz 257

This is my review of Jazz 257, a Songdo jazz bar where you watch live jazz right in front of you. You can watch the scheduled live show every day for as long as you like for ₩10,000–15,000 per person, and enjoy Western food and wine at the same time. Live jazz is the main event, but the food is far from bad: aged-dough pizza and pasta, a stone steak with a dazzling flame show, a cheese plate and caprese that go well with wine, even prosciutto and melon. It's a Songdo steak spot that delivers both for the eyes and the stomach. I'll cover the jazz and the flame-show stone steak from the day I visited, plus how to check the Jazz 257 schedule. Let's go~

Jazz 257 Songdo Central Park Branch: location, hours and parking
Jazz 257 is open from 4pm to midnight (until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays) and sits on the 2nd floor of Artfore Building D, facing Songdo Central Park. Takeout and delivery are available, and if you use the building's basement parking you get 4 hours covered.
- 🍷Hours: 4pm–12am
- 🍷Open until 1am on Fri and Sat
- 🍷Takeout and delivery available, parking available
It's behind the Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo, so it's worth a stop on a Songdo trip, and it's a Songdo steak spot where you get live jazz plus Western food and wine. Weekdays and Sundays have a variety of jazz shows, and Fridays and Saturdays feature well-known musicians, so you can catch a show whenever you go. Fridays and Saturdays get crowded, so if it's an important occasion, I recommend reserving ahead.
You can use the underground parking lot in the building. They give you a generous 4 hours of parking so you can also stroll around Central Park.

Jazz 257 atmosphere: can you talk during the show?
Jazz 257 is a Songdo wine bar with soft lighting and a lovely interior, and since the performance sets alternate with break times, you can absolutely talk. It's such a mood-perfect jazz bar that even a romance that didn't exist might spark🥹 The pretty atmosphere is right up the alley of anyone who loves this kind of vibe, so it's great for special days like Christmas or year-end and New Year parties. Because the music isn't nonstop, conversation was fine too.👍🏻

Jazz 257 cover charge and where to check the show schedule
The Jazz 257 cover charge is ₩10,000 on weekdays and Sundays and ₩15,000 on Fridays and Saturdays, and the schedule is updated daily in the News tab of Naver Place. Weekdays have duo jazz shows and Fridays and Saturdays have special jazz shows, so the cover differs by day. If you come and leave before the show time, you don't pay the cover.
The Naver Place News tab lists the show time, performers and cost, so you can pick the jazz show you want to see.

The hidden best seat at Jazz 257: the Central Park view window seat
Most seats at Jazz 257 face the stage, but the hidden best seat is the window seat with the Central Park view🥹 You get jazz in front of you and a cool breeze and park view beside you, and the mood is insane..✨ Listening to jazz while looking at the park was a proper mood reset.

Jazz 257 menu: what's on it?
The Jazz 257 menu has the Jemakase special menu (good to book for birthdays and anniversaries), steak plus wine bottle sets, and single stone steaks. If you order a steak, they also do a flame performance. It's a Songdo steak spot indeed.😋

There's a wide range of Western dishes that suit a date, like pizza, salad, pasta and risotto, plus plenty of light dishes that go well with wine. You can come for a meal with a drink or two, and with so many snacks it's also good for a second or third round.

Wine prices and the best-value sets
There's a wide variety of bottle wines, but being a jazz bar, the drink prices feel like they include a seat charge. The most reasonable and well-composed options are the Jemakase at ₩100,000 per person and the 4-person dinner set at ₩200,000. Besides the meal course, they include a celebration message and a surprise event, so it's a good place for a surprise or a proposal. It's a Songdo jazz bar where you can propose.👍🏻

How is the Jazz 257 house red wine?
Jazz 257 requires one alcoholic order per person, so I ordered the house red wine. It's a popular dry, light-bodied red. The wine itself tastes familiar, but thanks to the venue's mood and the jazz show it tasted even better, pure magic🪄

Jazz 257 stone steak and flame performance
I ordered the Jazz 257 stone steak as a snack to go with the red wine. At ₩40,000 range it felt cheaper than the other snacks😇 It comes with grilled vegetables too, and you can cook them on the stone to the texture you like.

The steak comes pre-cooked, cut thick at medium rare, with rosemary on top. It's also lightly salted.

They also give you whole-grain mustard to top it with. If you need extra salt, just ask.
The peak of the Jazz 257 stone steak is the spectacular flame performance~🔥 A staff member sprinkles liquor to get rid of any gamey smell, then shows a flame that shoots up all at once. It's great for photo proof. Jazz 257 is a Songdo steak spot that adds the fun of watching to the fun of eating.
Jazz 257 jazz performance: what it felt like
And now the thing you're most curious about: the jazz performance at Jazz 257. I captured it in a 30-second video. It can't hold all the atmosphere of that day, but you can get a little taste of it.
Why I recommend Jazz 257 as an Incheon jazz bar
There aren't many jazz bars in Incheon, so if you've never been to one, definitely try Songdo's Jazz 257👍🏻 And for those used to jazz bars, I recommend it as a Songdo steak spot with higher snack quality than other jazz bars.👍🏻 For a year-end Christmas date, go to Jazz 257 in Songdo~
