Cleansing balm for dehydrated oily skin: HEEDA Jirisan

How did it feel on dehydrated oily skin?

I used it on a day when I had been outside all day, as someone with dehydrated oily skin. The soft black balm melted like an oil on contact with body heat, and I added water to emulsify it before lightly finishing with a cleansing foam.

My skin did not feel especially tight after washing, and I did not notice any residue, so it was convenient to use as a first cleanse on days when I wore light makeup. Skin reactions and the feeling of cleansing may vary from person to person, though.

How did I scoop and use it?

I used the spatula fixed to the lid to scoop out the balm. The recommended amount was about one-third of a spatula for light makeup and one-half for heavier makeup, and I used around one-half.

I rolled it over my face for about 30 seconds, then added water to emulsify it. Afterwards, I rinsed once more with a mild cleansing foam.

What changed after rolling it around the nose?

After consistently rolling it around my nose before bed, I personally felt that the skin on my nose rolled a little more smoothly. Rather than making a definite claim about blackhead or pore-care effects, I plan to keep using it when I want cleansing and moisture without irritation.
