Gogi 9dan Chimsan Direct Branch is a beef barbecue restaurant in Buk, Daegu, where I had a family birthday meal. The thick-cut anchangsal was my favorite, and the Korean side dishes, set menu, partitions, and dedicated parking made the meal comfortable for our family.
Hands Coffee Dongchon Resort Branch is a large café on a hill beside Haemaji Park in Dong-gu, Daegu. I visited with my baby, watched the rainy Dongchon Resort view from the third floor over an Americano and old-fashioned patbingsu, and took a soft jambon-beurre home. Parking and the elevator made getting around easy, though I only discovered the fourth-floor floor-seating area as we were leaving.
