The Lotus cream latte place near Children's Grand Park
If you've been around Children's Grand Park, you know it's not that easy to pick a café. On this day I wanted a coffee on my way home from work and stopped in, and to cut to the chase: it felt like I'd found a café that really does coffee properly! This is Wonz Coffee, known as a go-to for Lotus cream latte.
Where is Wonz Coffee, and is there parking?
Wonz Coffee is at 32 Jayang-ro 32-gil, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, near Guui intersection, and it has parking. I visited on July 9, 2026.
Since it's by Guui intersection, it's close to Children's Grand Park and easy to fit into a route. If you visit the park and then look for a café, it's within walking distance, and it's a handy spot for office workers nearby after work. Parking is available too, so bringing a car isn't a worry. I liked that.

The mood at Wonz Coffee just before closing
I got to Wonz Coffee almost right before closing, and I felt a bit sorry but also grateful that they took me so late!

I almost walked right past it, and I'm glad I went in.

Just from the outside, it's quite a bit bigger than the cafés around it, so it looks like a comfortable place to spend time during the day too!

Maybe because it was right before closing, I had it almost to myself.

Seating and the black-and-white photo machine
The shop is quiet and calm, which actually helped me focus. The seating is varied, so it works whether you come alone or with a group.
There's also a black-and-white photo printing machine by the entrance, and it's surprisingly fun. It's perfect for taking a shot while you wait, and a small touch that suits the café's mood.
Closing-time cleaning with steam
What impressed me most was watching the staff clean everything carefully, one spot at a time, with steam at closing. Seeing that, I thought, this is a place that really takes care of its café.

What did I order at Wonz Coffee?
Wonz Coffee has the basic drinks too, but the signature coffee is clearly the point. You can choose your own beans to suit your taste, which I found quite appealing. Desserts are mostly scones, made in the shop, so I ordered them too on the staff's recommendation.
- Iced americano
- Lotus cream latte
- Choco raspberry scone
- Raspberry scone
Iced americano with beans of your choice
At Wonz Coffee you can pick the beans for your iced americano, and I went with Sirius Deep Black beans.

Unusually, the coffee is extracted separately into ice water and served that way, so you adjust the strength yourself as you drink. I liked that you can tailor it to your taste.

The taste is clean and well balanced, and it holds up fine against franchise coffee!
How does the Lotus cream latte taste?
As befits Wonz Coffee's signature, the Lotus cream latte grabs your eye from the first look.

You finish it by putting the topping on yourself, so there's some fun in eating it too. It's sweet but not overdone, and goes down smoothly.
The signature Lotus (Biscoff-style caramel biscuit) flavor spreads gently, and it was just right for a sugar boost. Even first-timers will like it without any trouble, so I definitely recommend this one!

House-made choco raspberry and raspberry scones
I tried two scones at Wonz Coffee, choco raspberry and raspberry, and they really do feel made in the shop. Crispy outside, moist inside.

Personally, I liked them better as they were, without warming them up.

They go well with coffee and are a satisfying little dessert.

Is Wonz Coffee a good café near Children's Grand Park?
Wonz Coffee is definitely a café that takes coffee seriously. From choosing the beans to the way it's extracted, the details are there, so coffee lovers will likely be even happier. If you're looking for a café near Children's Grand Park, it's a place to rest for a bit and still get good flavor, so I happily recommend it!
