Car tint studio in Anseong: new Seltos at 26% front, 6% rear, Autoz
In short
Autoz (The LX Solargard Premium Harbor Camp Autoz) is a reservation-only, one-person window tinting shop on Anseongmatchum-daero in Anseong, Gyeonggi, where the owner, a former 5th-place finisher in a national tinting competition, does every install himself. The writer had Solargard Premium Titanium film applied to a brand-new Kia Seltos and, on the owner's advice during the consultation, switched the side and rear windows from 16% to 6%, finishing at 26% front and 6% side/rear. The heat blocking and the way the tint matched the Seltos's body color both made this a satisfying new-car tint job at Autoz.

Why tint a new Kia Seltos yourself instead of taking the dealer's free tint?
In October 2026, my long-awaited Seltos was finally delivered. The expected date was the end of November, so I was thrilled it came earlier than expected. How long since I last drove a new car? Haha.
When I signed the contract for the Seltos, I left out the dealer's tinting service. I wanted to pick a good tint film myself... My current Morning has cheap tint film and I've been suffering with it. It gets so hot in the sun... So I made up my mind that when I got a new car, I'd put on a decent film.

When you search for new-car tinting on Naver, you get all kinds of conditions like heat rejection, tint level, type and warranty period, and a huge range of brands. I settled on Solargard and found Autoz in Anseong as a shop close to Pyeongtaek.
Why Autoz for Solargard window tint in Pyeongtaek and Anseong

Autoz is a one-person shop, and the owner, who placed 5th nationally in a tinting contest, does the installation himself. Even with the same film, finish and results can differ depending on the quality of the install, so I checked the installer's track record too.

Solargard Premium Titanium: what changed during the Autoz consultation
I arrived at my reserved time at Autoz and was walked through the features of the film I'd chosen and the differences between tint levels. Solargard Premium has several lines, from S-Line up to the LX line, so you can pick a film to fit your budget and the performance you want.
If I had the budget I'd go for Quantum or LX, but I'm happy with Titanium this time. I came in planning Solargard Premium Titanium at 26 front and 16 side/rear, but during the consultation I switched the side and rear to 6 on the owner's recommendation. It was a decision based on the product's characteristics, the car's color and interior privacy.

There's a price list posted inside the Autoz shop, so you can check installation costs right away.
Why choose Solargard Premium Titanium film?
Here's our Seltos, 'Jeolmi', that came in for tinting. The glass is completely clear. You can see right into the car from any angle. I drove for three days without tint and felt the scorching sun in full.

The most important things for me when looking into tinting were heat rejection and price! I don't only use indoor parking, and this summer, getting back into a car parked under the blazing sun felt like a sauna, which was really unpleasant. So I cared more about blocking solar heat than simply making the glass dark.

Seltos tint levels: why 26% front and 6% side/rear
For Jeolmi, I settled on Titanium 26% for the front and Titanium 6% for the sides and rear. The Autoz owner said the 16% we had in mind is lighter than you'd expect... And considering how it goes with Jeolmi's body color, I went with 26/6.

According to the Solargard Premium Titanium product materials, the heat rejection rate (TSER) is about 54–57%. It gives me a little hope that even parked outside, I won't have to go through the sauna hell. Haha.

Comparing my driving experience before and after, I definitely felt the heat-blocking effect.

Where to wait in Anseong during the Autoz tint install

While Autoz did the tinting, we went to Starfield Anseong. We happily shopped while the work went on, and I looked at the notifications coming in through Kia Connect and thought, 'Hmm... the work is going well,' haha.

Can you roll down the windows right after tinting?
When I got the call that it was done and went to Autoz, there was Jeolmi, all tinted.

Usually you're told not to roll the windows down for a few days after tinting, but the Autoz owner said the windows can be used right away.

How the Kia Seltos looks with Solargard Titanium at 26/6
Seeing the finished Jeolmi, it just looks so cool! The tint matches the body perfectly!

Even now, whenever I head to the car and glance at the exterior, the sheer coolness puts me in a good mood.

Tint stays on for a very long time... really until you scrap the car or sell it used, so it's important to make the right choice for yourself with a good film at the start. From the consultation to the installation, Autoz was a satisfying new-car tinting experience.

Also, I found out after the Titanium was already installed, so I'm a little bummed... haha. Apparently The LX's official website is running a Solargard event in October.
