Truffle egg custard and white wine fire show at Raviok, Yeoksam
Raviok Yeoksam Main Branch is an LA galbi (grilled short rib) restaurant near Yeoksam Station in Gangnam, Seoul, that only uses ribs 7, 8, and 9. Visiting right at the 11:30am opening, the writer ordered two servings of grilled ribs, one of marinated ribs, and truffle egg custard, watching the owner trim the meat tableside before dousing it in white wine and setting it alight. The ribs come pre-seared so there's little worry about smoky clothes, and the egg custard turned out to be a combo that would've been a real regret to skip.
