Five-cheese pizza with honey and beer in Sangam-dong: Pizzeria Snug

Today I visited Pizzeria Snug (피제리아 스너그), a great Italian restaurant for when you're craving pizza and pasta in Sangam-dong.

I ordered three things: cinque formaggi, truffle pappardelle and truffle fries. That's cheesy pizza, then pasta and fries with that truffle aroma, so a nice variety. From the pizza menu I ordered the cinque formaggi for ₩25,000, plus two draft beers!!

Cinque formaggi means "five cheeses" in Italian! It's a pizza where you get to enjoy the flavors of several cheeses, so it's perfect for us cheese lovers!

Since it's a mix of different cheeses, it suits anyone who loves that nutty richness and deep cheese flavor. It has a different charm from pizzas topped with tomato sauce and lots of toppings, so I recommend it when you want to enjoy the cheese itself!

It's a wood-fired pizza with gorgonzola and other cheeses, so savory and really delicious, and it's even tasty dipped in honey, so I recommend it! You can really taste the rich cheese!

Truffle pappardelle: wide noodles in plenty of truffle sauce

The truffle pappardelle we also ordered is ₩24,000. It's a pasta loaded with truffle sauce~

Pappardelle means flat pasta noodles that are wider than regular spaghetti. So you get the texture of wide noodles together with the sauce!!

With the fragrant flavor of truffle added, it's a dish truffle fans will be interested in. If you want noodles different from your usual spaghetti, or you like that distinctive truffle aroma, it's worth a look. It's also nice that ordering it with a pizza like the cinque formaggi lets you enjoy different styles of Italian dishes.

Truffle fries: a great snack with draft beer

Pizza and pasta alone felt like not enough, so we added truffle fries! Fries are a good side to go with a meal, and since these are made with truffle, you can expect a different flavor from ordinary fries.
