Gangnam Italian restaurant for burrata Bolognese: Mano di Chef
Mano di Chef Gangnam is an Italian restaurant on B1 of Bithumb Financial Tower near Yeoksam Station in Gangnam, Seoul. After reserving ahead, I tried burrata Bolognese radiatori, gamtae pesto seafood barley risotto, and dolce baguette; every dish, including the side, was generously portioned. Verdict: the two-way burrata pasta and texture-rich risotto were standouts.
