Nonhyeon Station Korean BBQ for 4: dry-aged, chewy, jowl pork, Daepae

Daepae Market Gangnam Nonhyeon Branch is a 24-hour thin-sliced pork belly Korean BBQ restaurant near Nonhyeon Station Exit 3 in Gangnam, Seoul, with a terrace patio and a spacious indoor dining room. On a Saturday evening, four friends at a wedding-invitation get-together ordered 3 servings each of 360-hour dry-aged thin pork belly (1.5mm, ₩8,900 per 100g), chewy pork belly (₩5,900 per 100g) and thin-sliced pork jowl (₩6,900 per 100g). Verdict: the 360-hour dry-aged thin pork belly was the best menu item at Daepae Market Gangnam Nonhyeon Branch, the nuttiest of the three and never tough even after longer grilling.
