Junggye-dong shabu-shabu with 2-hour free parking: Hana Shabu Shabu
Hana Shabu Shabu Junggye Main Branch is a shabu-shabu and seiro-mushi (cypress-steamer) restaurant on the first floor of the Brownstone Junggye building in Junggye-dong, Nowon, Seoul. For dinner the writer ordered the basic seiro-mushi for two: vegetables and meat steamed about 20 minutes in a cypress box, served with sesame, chili and yuzu ponzu sauces, filling enough that no extra order was needed. The building's large underground garage registers 2 hours of free parking, so driving to Hana Shabu Shabu is easy too.
