Hyochang Park pork cutlet restaurant in Seoul: soba set at Onjeong
Yongsan Donkatsu Onjeong Gyeongyang Sikdang, Yongsan branch is an old-school gyeongyangsik (Western-style Korean) pork cutlet restaurant on Baekbeom-ro near Hyochang Park Station in Yongsan, Seoul. Arriving right at opening with a mother who usually eats very little, we ordered the gyeongyangsik pork cutlet set and the cheddar cheese pork cutlet set, and the buckwheat soba served with each set was big enough to pass for a single order — both bowls went down to the last noodle. Onjeong is the place to go for thin, wide old-style cutlets when thick Japanese katsu starts to feel heavy.
