After a weeknight first round of gopchang (grilled beef intestines) and somaek (soju-beer mix), the second round here was a light egg in hell with grilled baguette for dipping and a glass of soju. With group seating and reservations available, Monthly Beer works well as a second-round spot for company dinners or friends' get-togethers.
