Fluffy Bake Shop is a baked-goods bake shop near Exit 2 of Gongdeok Station in Mapo, Seoul. The writer stopped by around 3 p.m. on a rainy weekday and rested for about 30 minutes with a cream coffee and a vanilla canelé. The writer then took home carrot madeleines, apple churros, a Dubai egg tart and salt bread to share. Financiers were almost gone by that hour, but Fluffy Bake Shop's cute looks and chewy textures made it a satisfying pick for gift desserts too.
