Calzone and creamy seafood risotto for two at a Yongin Italian spot
Ttukbaegi-e Dameun Italia is a wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant in Yangji-eup, Yongin's Cheoin-gu, Gyeonggi. Visiting with her husband, the writer ordered the rosé bacon calzone and creamy seafood risotto — the calzone came fresh from the wood-fired oven loaded with cheese, and the risotto stayed warm to the last bite thanks to the stone pot (ttukbaegi). Portions were so generous that two dishes were plenty for two, and they packed the leftover risotto to go.
