Where is Seonhwa's Meat and how is the parking?

Seonhwa's Meat is right in front of Naebang Station on Line 7, at 9 Seocho-daero 24-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul. It's open daily from 11:00 to 22:00, with a break from 15:00 to 16:30. There's a parking lot out front, but when it's full you'll have to use public parking, so calling ahead would be even better!

Seonhwa's Meat is a Blue Ribbon restaurant and accepts Zero Pay. Just like the pretty name on the sign, 🌸Seonhwa🌸, the exterior is clean and stylish, and I loved it. Even the reservation sign was made with care.

Is Seonhwa's Meat noisy inside?

The interior is neat and uncluttered too. A barbecue place can have big groups and get loud, but the tables are spaced generously so we could talk easily, and there's a clean restroom inside, so nothing felt inconvenient! They also have storage stools so your clothes don't pick up the smell of meat.

Ordering is by table order. There was a Kakao Channel signup event, and me, the lucky girl, couldn't resist and gave it a go... and got 4th place. ^^ Joining the channel and spinning the roulette takes a minute, so try it for fun~

What to order from the Seonhwa's Meat menu?

At Seonhwa's Meat we ordered a plate of rib-finger galbi-sal and the Uiroun Set. The set is so well packed that it seems most people order it as a must! No way I could walk past it.

How were the rib-finger galbi-sal and side dishes?

Even before the meat arrived, the spotless grill and the colorful table setting stood out. Health tea, yuja-glazed lotus root, salad, seasoned vegetables, perilla leaves and more: every side that supports the meat's flavor was delicious. There was so much it felt like a waste to be just two people, and I wanted to come back for the side dishes as much as for the meat!!

True to a restaurant run by a meat master, the rib-finger galbi-sal was clearly a different level of quality. So this is what premium beef is. The grain was fine and the meat fresh, and the thickness and bright red color were different from the start.

The moment it hit the grill, it sizzled and the juices rose. I'd stopped by a bakery on the way and was a bit full, but one bite and that was forgotten~~ The chewy fresh galbi-sal made my eyes go wide. It got nuttier the more I chewed, and my eyes popped open o_o

Galbi-sal with side dishes, nom nom nom. The kimchi and fresh seasoned vegetables cut the richness of the meat, so I never got tired of it and enjoyed it cleanly to the end. You can ask for side dish refills without any hesitation, which made the meal even more satisfying.

The drink glasses are as elegant as the name ~~! 💐💐

What comes in the Uiroun Set at Seonhwa's Meat?

The Uiroun Set comes with Hanwoo (Korean beef) minari yukhoe (seasoned raw beef with water dropwort), steamed egg, king oyster mushrooms, and a fresh pork belly kimchi stew loaded with meat. It can't get more generous than this...! Ahh, I'm losing it.

Every single dish was so good that we cleared everything, and I kept marveling while eating, tears streaming.. T_T I also liked that the owner personally served and looked after us.

A review event gave us a Bungeo Ssamanco (fish-shaped ice cream) and a dessert juice, a very, very, very satisfying end to an outing after a long time ~~~!!

Seonhwa's Meat is a premium meat restaurant in Bangbae that nails meat quality, side dishes and the owner's kindness. Looking at the other diners, many were families or people spending a special occasion with someone dear, there for both the meat and the atmosphere.
