Suseong, Daegu Korean restaurant with fried mandu sides: Cafe Dongi

Cafe Dongi Suseong 1-ga Branch is a Korean restaurant serving single-diner set meals at 65 Suseong-ro 69-gil in Suseong-gu, Daegu, inside the Lotte Castle The First shopping arcade. Arriving around 1:30pm, the writer ordered the grandma's spicy octopus stir-fry set meal and the bulgogi yeolmu (young summer radish) bibimbap, adding the 50-year-recipe juicy fried mandu (dumplings) and egg-coated meatballs as sides, and even those sides stayed juicy and full of flavor. Nothing at Cafe Dongi is harsh or overly spicy, making it an easy Suseong lunch spot for all ages.
