Paper-thin dumpling-skin sujebi in kalguksu at Yunujae, Busan

Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a Korean restaurant in Nam-gu, Busan, serving shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) in one meal. Two people ordered the spicy red broth, two orders of sujebi (hand-torn dough flakes) that came out as thin as dumpling skins, one order of kalguksu noodles, and rice, working through meat, noodles, sujebi, and fried rice in sequence. It was a filling, stomach-bursting meal for two.
