How did I use the HEEDA cleansing balm?

After makeup, I usually used cleansing pads, foam cleanser, or cleansing oil. For this product, I used the spatula to scoop out an amount that suited my skin and gently massaged it over my face for about 30 seconds.

As soon as I started massaging, the solid balm melted with my body heat and spread over my face like an oil. Then I added a little water and massaged again to emulsify it, before rinsing several times with water as usual.

How did it feel after washing?

I felt that it removed makeup residue cleanly without leaving anything behind. Normally, if I do not apply my basic skincare products immediately after cleansing, my skin tends to feel tight from within, but I felt that sensation was greatly reduced after using this product.

I cleansed using this product alone, but if it feels like the cleansing is not enough, you could also consider using a cleanser once more afterward.

What were the texture and contents like?

A spatula was included inside the black packaging. The product information said it was formulated with naturally derived ingredients including Jirisan charcoal, moringa, mugwort, and camellia oil.
