Jeong Eunsuk Chodang Sundubu is a Korean restaurant in Gangneung, Gangwon, run under the name of the 15th-generation certified tofu master. Visiting with a baby, the writer ordered the Chodang tofu table (sundubu jjigae + tofu samhap) and found a baby chair and baby utensils ready at the table, with a mild white broth that was clean-tasting and full of umami.
