After booking through Naver Reservation, the writer ordered the wonkiboyang haemul poktan shabu jangkalguksu for two (₩50,000), working through octopus, abalone and scallops, a broth simmered with sanghwang mushroom and hutgae extract, and finishing with house-made noodles. Verdict: if you want to skip the wait, book ahead.
