Shabu in Seoul Seongsu is a premium shabu-shabu restaurant on the 1st floor of the Yuwon Knowledge Industry Center by Seongsu Station in Seongdong, Seoul. After touring the 2026 Seoul International Garden Fair, the writer came here for a family dinner of the Prime Angus chuck flap shabu set with spicy mushroom broth, added shrimp balls to eat it hotpot-style, and finished with rosé risotto and omija (schisandra berry) tea.
