Seongsu gyukatsu restaurant, weekend lunch with ramune: Gyuen Dang

Gyuen Dang Seongsu Main Branch is a gyukatsu (beef cutlet) and Japanese home-style restaurant on the second floor of a building in the alley by Seongsu Station exits 3 and 4 in Seongdong, Seoul. Booked on Naver for weekend lunch, the meal was striploin gyukatsu, hamburg omelet rice and ramune soda, with each slice seared just 15 to 20 seconds a side on a tabletop grill so nothing came out tough. Gyuen Dang tasted better than Motomura Gyukatsu in Fukuoka, so reserve before you go.
