Gilchon Sutbul Galbi Seomyeon Main Branch is a charcoal-grilled pork rib restaurant in Busanjin, Busan. My friend and I shared a 500g fresh pork rib platter for 29,500 won and half-and-half naengmyeon for 6,900 won, with plentiful sides and a self-serve bar. Verdict: a delicious, great-value spot I would happily revisit.
