The writer stopped in with a child and ordered pork gukbap, sundae gukbap (blood sausage soup), the suyuk platter (gukbap plus boiled pork) and the sample suyuk (boiled pork only), finding the broth rich with no gamey pork smell and the suyuk tender, and asked for the dadaegi (spicy chili paste) to be left out of the child's bowl.
