Gijang, Busan Japanese restaurant with parking: sake-don at Yangsando

Yangsando Gijang Yeonhwa Branch is a Japanese restaurant in Yeonhwa-ri, Gijang, Busan, serving Nagoya-style hitsumabushi (grilled eel rice bowl) and sake-don (salmon rice bowl) in fully separated private rooms. The dedicated parking lot is large, and after reserving a window room the writer shared sake-don, hitsumabushi and a stand-out eggplant stir-fry. If you want to taste both eel and salmon in one visit, two people ordering one sake-don and one hitsumabushi is the combination to go for.
