Changwon gopchang hotpot restaurant with udon and kimchi: Yeongju
Yeongju Gopchang Jeongol Masan Daetgeori Main Branch is a gopchang jeongol (beef tripe hotpot) restaurant in Wolyeong-dong, Masan, Changwon, now in its second generation. The spicy Korean beef gopchang jeongol (small) is 29,000 won, simmered with sujebi dough flakes and sundae (blood sausage), then topped up with a free broth refill, a 2,000 won udon noodle add-on and kimchi. The chadolbagi (thin-sliced brisket) was tender and the broth grew richer as it reduced, making the meal a big win even with room to spare for a second round.
