Masan galbitang spot that debones ribs for kids: Gohyang Sogalbijjim
Gohyang Sogalbijjim Masan Yangdeok Branch is a braised beef short rib and rib soup restaurant in the apartment shopping arcade behind Top Mart in Yangdeok-dong, Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon. A family of four ordered two servings of sogalbijjim (braised beef short ribs) at 10,900 won each and two servings of galbitang (beef rib soup), and the owner separated the bones and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces for the children. The sogalbijjim carries a mild heat aimed at adults, while the galbitang meat is tender enough for young kids.
