Bisan-dong, Anyang gopchang restaurant with pre-seared grill: Ilmigop
Ilmigop is a beef gopchang (beef intestine) restaurant that recently opened on the first floor of a building on Bisan-ro in Bisan-dong, Anyang, Gyeonggi. The assorted grill for two arrived pre-seared and needed only a little more time on the grill, and Ilmigop sent out a basic salad with sauce and sundubu-jjigae (soft tofu stew) free of charge, with richly seasoned chive kimchi as a side that matched the meat well. The gopchang had little of its usual strong smell, so even first-time gopchang eaters should find Ilmigop easy to enjoy.
