Sangbong Korean BBQ late-night bibim noodles with ice-water rinse
Super Naengsam Sangbong Main Branch is a frozen pork belly restaurant in the Sangbong Station food alley in Jungnang, Seoul, charging ₩9,900 per serving. Two people walked in past 9pm and cleared five servings of naengsam, Hangang ramyeon bibim noodles rinsed in ice water by staff, doenjang jjigae, and two rounds of self-serve fried rice within an hour. The staff's ice-water rinse for the bibim noodles and the self-serve homemade spicy sauce made the meal.
