How did my skin feel after washing when I used it on dry skin?

I switched from cleansing oil to this product because of seasonal dryness. Around the time I had nearly finished one container, people told me my skin seemed to be improving, and I felt less dryness after washing. However, this was my personal experience during a period when my oil-and-moisture balance was disrupted and I had both oiliness and breakouts.

Did it remove heavy color makeup well?

I usually wear eyeliner and shimmery shadow, and I felt that they came off cleanly after massaging the balm and emulsifying it. The balm had a texture that turned into an oil when it met body heat.

How did I use it?

• I scooped out an appropriate amount with the spatula built into the lid.
• I first massaged it until the balm turned oil-like.
• I added a little water and emulsified it thoroughly.
• I rinsed several times with lukewarm water.

What should I keep in mind when storing it?

The spatula was built into the product, so I did not need to buy one separately. After removing the initial clear seal, I stored the spatula inserted in the lid. The instructions said the product could turn white if water gets inside, so I did not put the washed spatula back immediately.

Because it is made with charcoal, it may transfer color onto light-colored clothing, so care is needed.
