Fall mushroom pizza at weekend lunch in Haebangchon, Seoul: TPM hbc
TPM hbc is a wood-fired pizza restaurant at the entrance of a Haebangchon alley in Yongsan, Seoul. Arriving at the weekend opening time of noon, the writer ordered the Seoul Margherita at 28,000 won, the fall mushroom and smoked mozzarella pizza at 28,000 won, and the pea and burrata that was on the summer menu, all served with house-made pickles and tabasco sauce. The dough at TPM hbc was light enough to sit easily even after overeating, and between the two pizzas the fall mushroom one won.
