Poi-dong gamjatang restaurant with perilla-seed broth: Chomu Gamjatang
Chomu Gamjatang is a pork bone stew (gamjatang) restaurant on Nonhyeon-ro in Seocho-gu, Seoul, 933m from Exit 2 of Yangjae Citizen's Forest Station. A small pot costs 35,000 won and arrives in a thick broth loaded with perilla seed powder, so a bowl of rice goes in first and fried rice is stir-fried in the pot at the end. The meat was so plentiful that leftovers went home in a takeout box, making Chomu Gamjatang a filling pick near Poi-dong and Yangjaecheon.
