What is Flowerpot Cafe in Gojan-dong, Ansan like?
Flowerpot Cafe (플라워팟카페) is a large bakery café in Gojan-dong, Ansan, selling bread kneaded carefully from early morning and baked right in the store. I found it while searching for dessert cafés in Ansan, a big bakery café in Gojan-dong, so off I went!
Flowerpot Cafe opening hours and parking
Flowerpot Cafe is open daily 9:00–21:45, with last order at 21:30. There is no parking support, so you need to use a public lot nearby, and I recommend the Daerim Plaza public lot (대림프라자앞 공영주차장).
There is also an on-street public lot in front of the café, but it has few spaces and costs a bit more, so the Daerim Plaza lot, a 5-minute walk away, is the better choice. The fee is ₩400 for 30 minutes, then ₩200 for every extra 10 minutes, so keep that in mind!

The exterior of Flowerpot Cafe has a fresh, leafy green feel, a proper dessert café in Ansan!

They also sell bingsu (shaved ice dessert), a summer favorite: patbingsu (red bean), injeolmi patbingsu (with roasted soybean powder) and mango bingsu!

Keep the opening hours in mind too!
Inside Flowerpot Cafe: OK for laptop work or with kids?
The inside of Flowerpot Cafe is very spacious with lots of tables. It's great for a date or a group meetup in Gojan-dong, and with plenty of outlet seats it's perfect for working on a laptop in Gojan-dong, Ansan.
There are baby chairs for guests with little ones, so it's a good place to come as a group after a family meal in Gojan-dong. The restroom is inside the café and clean, too, haha.
The self-service bar has water and syrups,

and there's a microwave and a self-packing station, so you can pack up any leftover bread to take with you!

Flowerpot Cafe menu: drinks and bakery items
The Flowerpot Cafe menu (as of July 2026) covers coffee like Americano and latte, plus non-coffee drinks, ades, smoothies, teas and fresh fruit juices. It's a big café in Gojan-dong with a wide range of drinks!

The bakery menu is varied too. I went almost right at opening, when freshly baked bread was still coming out, so the shelves weren't full yet, but I took photos of the price tags anyway, haha.

From classics like scones, milk bread, danpatppang (sweet red bean bread) and croissants, to popular items like blueberry cream cheese bread, salt bread and garlic baguette, plus sandwiches and cakes, it's a Gojan-dong café bakery with a big spread!

If you join the Flowerpot Cafe review event, you also get a meringue cookie made in the store as a freebie, so don't miss the perk!

What I ordered at Flowerpot Cafe and the prices
- Americano ₩4,500
- Blueberry cream cheese bread ₩4,800
- Egg sandwich ₩6,800
- Chicken breast sandwich ₩7,200

The breads looked so good that I bought 3 to eat at home, lol.
How does the Americano (₩4,500) taste?
The Americano at Flowerpot Cafe uses nutty beans with no sourness and a fairly noticeable body! A great Americano spot in Gojan-dong~

Egg sandwich (₩6,800)
The egg sandwich is cut into two pieces, and the packaging is neat, so it's easy to eat on the go, and it's packed with filling. Fresh, crunchy romaine and tomato, a nicely soft-boiled egg, and ham and cheese make it a combo that's hard to get wrong!
Chicken breast sandwich (₩7,200)
The chicken breast sandwich also comes in two pieces, and again the packaging is neat, haha. It's chicken breast, but there's plenty of sauce so it isn't dry at all, and the cranberries add a fresh tang!
The bread was a healthy rye baguette, I think? It was nutty and so good~

Blueberry cream cheese bread (₩4,800)
The blueberry cream cheese bread is hard to get wrong, from the looks to the combination, haha. I devoured it so fast that I forgot to photograph the cross-section, but it has plenty of thick, dense cream cheese plus a tangy blueberry compote, a perfect match with the Americano~ The bread is big, and at ₩4,800 the price is kind too, a great dessert spot in Ansan!
Overall verdict on Flowerpot Cafe
Flowerpot Cafe is a spacious, comfortable big café in Gojan-dong, Ansan, good for group meetups and hugely popular for laptop work thanks to plenty of outlets. It's a coffee spot in Gojan-dong with a tasty nutty Americano and freshly baked bread, a bakery café with lots of choice. Everything I ordered from the bakery, the sandwiches and the blueberry cream cheese bread, was delicious, and the portions are generous for the price.
