Busan shabu kalguksu restaurant, weekday lunch red broth: Yunujae
Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu kalguksu (hot pot noodle) restaurant in Nam-gu, Busan, between Munhyeon and Jigegol stations. On a weekday lunch visit, the writer ordered the red broth with a 70g sirloin shabu-shabu set for one, working through tender beef, house-made kalguksu noodles and a final fried rice, plus a side of seafood pajeon. It made for a hearty, satisfying meal.
