Busan galbi restaurant near Choryang Station: Choryang Hyeongje Galbi
Choryang Hyeongje Galbi is a pork galbi (marinated pork rib) restaurant on Choryang-ro in Dong-gu, Busan, a short walk from Choryang Station on Line 1. Three portions of galbi came grilled tableside by the staff, served with steamed egg, kimchi pancake and house-made scallion kimchi, and the marinade was sweet without becoming cloying. A lunch set of pork galbi, doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) and rice runs 13,000 won from 11:00 to 14:30, which makes Choryang Hyeongje Galbi worth a second visit.
