I got a basic men's perm at Eco Revi Hair & Spa Haeundae Centum Branch (에코레비헤어앤스파 해운대센텀점), and the head stylist's hands were so fast it was over in no time. A men's perm is all about speed, right? I had my hair done at this Haeundae Centum salon, and the head stylist was so quick that I was out with a basic men's perm before I knew it. Fast, but also careful with my hair, and he explained how to style it in detail.

Eco Revi Hair & Spa is a premium salon with private rooms. Great facilities~ and the parking support was generous too. I went on a weekday morning, and the parking lot still had plenty of spaces.

Driving is fine, but this is Haeundae, so coming by subway, getting your hair done and then going to a good restaurant sounds great to me, haha. The atmosphere: spacious, high-ceilinged and really cool

The inside of Eco Revi Hair & Spa Haeundae Centum Branch is spacious and pleasant. The ceiling is high and you can see outside through the windows, so it feels very open. A hair salon has to be cool. It's really unpleasant to start sweating when you're there to get your hair done, but this place is seriously cold, haha. The air conditioning was honestly among the strongest of any salon I've been to. So even with my hair rolled up, warmed by the machine, and wearing the gown, I stayed cool.

Quiet time alone in a private room

They have private rooms!!!! At Eco Revi Hair & Spa you can get your hair done quietly by yourself. Such a perk, right? There's not only a chair for your treatment but a shampoo chair right beside it. If you get your hair done in the private room, that's your whole route, start to finish. It becomes your own space!!!

Drinks, snacks and ham and cheese toast

There are drinks, and what are these snacks? Oh, there's ham and cheese toast too. If you get hungry around lunchtime, there's tasty toast!

Scalp diagnosis came before the men's perm

Before the men's perm, the head stylist did a scalp diagnosis first. Know yourself and know your enemy, and you win every battle, right? You can only customize the style much better once you know the condition of your scalp and hair.

The result: a sensitive scalp with some flakes! Luckily, he said there were no signs of hair loss, so I was relieved. Ordinary salons don't offer this service; scalp diagnosis seems to be something mostly premium salons have!

They cut your hair twice, before and after the perm

At Eco Revi Hair & Spa I got a haircut before the men's perm. Just a cut makes you look this neat. They cut first before the perm, and cut once more after the men's perm. If you tell them the length and feel you want, they cut it well. This place is a cut paradise, haha.

After the cut, the men's perm begins. It's a basic perm, not a heat perm. The red light at the end absorbs scalp nutrition essence using infrared, which should mean less hair damage too! Left is before, right is after.

The result: bouncy curls and layered sides

I asked for a curl that would last, and the perm came out well. The hair damage looked minimal, and there was hardly any perm smell. They also neatly handled my request to layer the sides.

A quick blow-dry in the morning for a parted perm

It's definitely fuller now, right? Even if the perm has a lot of curl, you can adjust it when you blow-dry. So making it last a bit longer seems more economical and efficient, haha. After the perm, I just blow-dry lightly in the morning and wear it as a parted perm! It's easier than expected, and they teach you how to style it, so you just follow that.

Men's perm done!!! I got my hair washed privately. There was a massage chair, which made it even more comfortable.

My thoughts after the Eco Revi men's perm

I was treated by the head stylist, who was fast and meticulous. Because it's in the Centum Hotel, parking is expensive and hard, but the parking support is very generous, so you can bring your car.

What impressed me most was that they cut my hair, did the perm, then cut it again. The feel before the perm and the cut after it really differ, so having it touched up again made it feel much tidier. The men's perm took about 2 hours, and during that time they also treated my scalp, but since the stylist was fast it felt like it ended quickly. There were a lot of regular customers too.

I'll keep the perm going for a long time by following the styling instructions. It was so cool inside that I didn't even notice how hot it was outside when I left. The environment for getting your hair done is very pleasant.
