How did it feel on skin with dehydration beneath the surface and texture concerns?
I have atopic, severely dry skin with significant dehydration beneath the surface. I am also concerned about skin texture and sebum, and I tried this cleansing balm because I particularly dislike the feeling of my face becoming tight after washing.
It felt moisturizing from the moment I applied the balm texture to my face and massaged it in. I did not feel any discomfort while using it, even on skin that can sometimes feel sensitive, and I was most pleased that my skin felt less stiff and tight after washing.
How did I remove BB cream left on my face?
I used the spatula to scoop out an appropriate amount, applied it to my face where BB cream remained, and massaged gently. I added a little water, massaged again once it had turned white and emulsified, then washed my face.
After washing, my skin felt moisturized rather than excessively squeaky-clean. I felt that I would like to keep using it during seasons when post-cleansing tightness is a concern.
What stood out about the texture and packaging?
Its compact-like size looked convenient for storage, and it came with a small spatula and a space to store it. The one-touch lid also felt convenient to use.
According to the original post, it contains Jirisan charcoal, green tea water, jojoba seed oil, and olive squalane. Skin changes can vary from person to person, but I was satisfied mainly with how much less tight my skin felt after cleansing.
